Renting and Shared Ownership

If you’re thinking about buying a new home but don’t think you could afford it, shared ownership could be for you.

Thirteen Group will have a limited number of affordable homes on The Rise including 2 and 3 bedroom shared ownership houses.

With shared ownership, you can buy shares between 25% and 75% of the property’s market value so you only need a small deposit and a mortgage that’s affordable for you.

Sweeping down to the River Tyne and with views across the valley towards the Angel of the North will be 1,800 new energy efficient homes.

The Rise will incorporate areas of public open space, terraced gardens, walkways, green links to existing residential areas, a neighbourhood centre, shops and office space.

If you are interested in renting a property on this exciting new development you will need to make sure you are registered for rehousing with Tyne and Wear Homes. This is easy to do, simply log onto www.tyneandwearhomes.org.uk

To register your interest call our Home Sales Advisors on 0300 111 1000 or log onto www.thirteenhomes.co.uk
